Vendors purchasing leads through Choice Point agree to:

• Maintain active licensing and insurance as required by their industry
• Contact leads within 24 hours of purchase
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Not resell or share lead information with third parties
• Honor the shared or exclusive lead purchase terms

5. Payment and Refunds

Vendors operate on a credit-based system. Lead purchases are non-refundable except in cases of:

• Duplicate leads provided within 30 days
• Leads that fail all verification steps
• Incorrect lead vertical or service area
• Technical errors in lead delivery

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Choice Point complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and handles all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. User data is protected and only shared with verified vendors for the purpose of providing requested services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Choice Point acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or outcomes of services provided by vendors. Users engage with vendors at their own discretion and should conduct their own due diligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
